Key Features:

“Vent Blinds” and “Steam Out Blinds” are Bleeder Blinds. Using the paddle blank design, they incorporate a port for bleeding liquids, venting, and purging gases. It has a “V “notched T-handle to signify Vent and can lift the part in any orientation. It is generally used between raised face flanges and has a bleeder hole location based on the mating pipe schedule.

Sizes Available: 0.50″ to 60″ and larger sizes available.
Material Grades: A105, A350 LF2, A516-70, 304/304L, and 316/316L are common, more grades are available.
Machined Faces: Flat face machined to match the mating B16.5 Flanges. Raised faces and Female RTJ faces are optional.
Port Options: NPT or SW ports
Applications: Simple blind used for venting, draining or purging process pipelines.
Ordering Info: Specify size, pressure class, material grade, face finish, NPT or SW Ports, mating pipe schedule, and applicable customer specifications.
