In-House Non-Destructive Testing Services
We offer a comprehensive range of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services to verify the integrity and quality of our products, including:
- Ultrasonic Volumetric Inspection: Forgings, flanges, fittings, pipe, tubing, bolting materials, plates, valves, and castings.
- Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection: Welds, materials and encoded UT in lieu of RT (X-ray).
- Liquid Penetrant Inspection: Both fluorescent and visible methods.
- Magnetic Particle Testing: Fluorescent and visible testing.
- Visual & Dimensional Verification: Ensuring accuracy in appearance and dimensions.
- X-Ray Fluorescent Positive Material Identification (PMI): Verification of stainless steel and alloy material compositions.
- Optical Emissions PMI: Chemistry assessment of stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys, including lighter elements such as carbon for L and H grades, and verification for HF Alky materials.
- Hardness Testing: Rockwell and Brinell methods for material strength evaluation.
- Ferrite Testing: Analysis of austenitic welds and duplex materials to ensure quality and compliance.
