Scraper Bars “Pig Bars” are fabricated from plate and welded to the inside diameter of a Tee Fitting Outlet. The Scraper Bars are installed in an orientation that will not obstruct the inside diameter of the run. A Precision Flange standard detail drawing is available below. The customer or Precision Flange can provide Tees in Carbon Steel, Alloy or High Yield Tees up to WPHY-65. Post Weld Heat Treatment and NDT are applied where required, or when requested by the customer.
